February 2010 Meeting Minutes

The February meeting was called to order by President Donnie Kleven. We had 15 members in attendance. Deb Olson gave the Secretary / Treasure report. Monthly expenses where, $24.00 to John Pahs for 2 packages for the troops and $9.21 postage for the Chapter Charter to the national headquarters. We took in $40.00 from the 50/50 raffle. Monthly balance stands at $751.89. Bonnie read the events on the calendar and reminded members to get their ride ideas or dinner destination on the calendar. John gave an update on the package for the troops. 2 more packages where sent from the Madison Chapter 166. The winner of this months 50/50 raffle was John Pahs and he stated he was going to put it to good use for the troops! Thanks John. Pat Hickok the Good Shepherd will be sending get well cards or flowers to members in need. If you know of someone who would be in need of our contact, please let Donnie or Pat know to get a card or flowers off to them. Motion made to adjourn by Pat and 2nd by Mike. Chapter the enjoyed chili. We had a great variety and flavors to enjoy. Thanks to all the great cooks in the chapter. Deb Olson Sec/ Treas.
