The September meeting was called to order by Vice President Andy. It was the 8th meeting held at Johnson Sales and Service and we had 7 members in attendance. Deb Olson gave the treasure report and reported a balance of $717.10. Discussion on the web site with concern about the music playing on all pages and the size of the home page and if it could be smaller and fit on the screen better. A link to the map to a ride location was also not working correctly. Holiday party was decided on the group and the party will be at Deb & Donnie’s on Saturday December 12th at 3:00 pm. Members will bring a dish to pass. The group in attendance decided not to have a 50/50 raffle. John Pahs was unable to attend. so John Witford and Deb Olson took home the monthly donations to give to John at a later date. Andy donated the $24.00 for the postage of the two monthly boxes. Andy went over the upcoming events and reminded everyone to check emails and calendar. He also updated us with his new phone number of 608-770-8295. A motion to adjourn was made by JR and 2nd by Jim. 6 members went to lunch after the meeting.
