STAR TOURING AND RIDING CHAPTER 166 MEETING MINUTES FOR DECEMBER 12TH, 2009 The December meeting was called to order by Deb Olson. It was the 11th meeting held at Johnson Sales and Service and we had 11 members in attendance. Deb Olson gave the treasure report and reported a balance of $ 639.10. Only expense was the $30.00 for prize for the poker run for the day. Deb reminded members to put the rides and events on the calendar. January will be the reading of the charter and bowling party after the meeting. March meeting will be the chili feed and April will be focused on ride safety. Mike told the group that his company, First Supply, will again donate $ 500 to the club. Thank you Mike. It was also discussed that the chapter would look at making a donation at the Midwest Star B Q, for the Star Foundation. The amount will be determined closer to the event. New Business was the nomination of officers for the 2010 year and we voted at the Holiday Party and the following are the 2010 officers. Sue Kiry won the poker run prize. The chapter collected $85 from the poker run and other fines paid during the party. Thanks Nick!
